What a car, what a car, what a car. What is this car? Just the Zagato Perana Z-One, just that. If you are anything like me, you might have first mistaken it for a Porsche, but nope.

This is the commemoration of Zagato’s 90th anniversary, and it is certainly worthy of such a big celebration.

Thus far it is just a concept, but luxury auto lovers can just hope and pray that the Perana Z-One makes it into production, because mmm, this car is absolutely delicious.

It got its debut at this year’s motor show in Geneva, an unveiling that revealed a sleek, powerful concept with large air intakes, a gaping, oval shaped grille, large headlamps, and a pronounced, powerful, and elegant profile.

When you think about it – what is a luxury car?  Well, I have to say that the Bugatti 16C Galibier concept car is the best luxury car in the world.  This concept car … if it goes through mind you is going to be one of the best, best, best cars on the market.  The concept revealed a two-door car, mid-engine Veyron that is going to be much more conventional than a four-door, front-engine body style.

Now, you want to know about the specs on the Bugatti 16C Galibier?  Well,  according to autoblog.com: the the 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine would carry over, albeit detuned from its 1000+ hp output in the Veyron to “only” 800, while sources suggest that the Veyron’s purpose-built dual-clutch transmission would be replaced with a more conventional torque-converter eight-speed automatic.

With less power and a larger shape, the Galibier 16C is tipped to reach a 220 mph top speed – a good thirty less than the Veyron’s top end, but still miles ahead of even the fastest production sedans.

Sounds fantastic right?

The sexy style, the raw power of the engine, and the exclusivity magnet consumers to brands like Bentley, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Cadillac but the allure is not converting into cash as the luxury car segment suffers a 32% fall in sales this year.

The dip in the sales graph prompts luxury car makers to offer incentives in order to lure consumers who are looking into buying more affordable brands and vehicles like SUVs and pickups. The luxury car brands suffered due to the recession which pushed the economy to the edge forcing consumers to cut back on their spending.

BMW invites consumers to take advantage of the interest rates that they offer for their new range of cars which goes for as low as 1.9%. They are also focusing on pushing for their pre-owned cars program. BMW is also concentrating on being more green as they capitalize on their diesel models and their plan to introduce the X6 Hybrid and the 7-Series in the United States.

Bentley gives consumers to own a Continental GT with a sticker of $179,000 on a 0.9% interest rate. Porsche is also creating a buzz with their cash back programs. On an average purchase, the buyer can save as much as $4412, a 657% increase from 2008, for buying a new car from Porsche.

When I first saw the Bentley Continental GTC Series 51 – I did not think that it looked all that great.  I didn’t exactly understand what was so fantastic about this car and what everyone was making a huge fuss about … however, now I know exactly what they were fussing about.  The Bentley Continental GTC Series 51 is an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful car when you get up close to it!

While most people think that in the beginning, the Bentley Continental GTC Series 51 is a garish car, but when you see it in person, you can not deny that this particular car looks beautiful!  The new wheels, the beautiful interior as well as the exterior all just scream luxury!

If you are looking for the hottest car in the world of luxury cars – the Bentley Continental GTC Series 51 is going to be it for you, I can promise you that!

I have said it before and I will say it again: You have got to love an Aston Martin. All right, if you don’t want to, you don’t have to — but it is hard to believe the Aston Martin One-77 coupe wouldn’t turn you into a fan.

It is a collector’s edition that was recently revealed at the Villa d’Este Concours d’Elegance. It won first prize, receiving the Design Award for Concept Cars and Prototypes.

Everything about this car is quite dramatic, with a sort of edgy elegance. It features a V12 engine and is capable of reaching speeds over two hundred miles per hour.

It will officially go on sale in 2010 — but it is said that buyers have already signed up, perhaps claiming the mere seventy seven models scheduled to be built.

So I thought about it – and thought about it and thought about it some more and I always came back to the some … exact conclusion.  The 2010 Volvo C70 needs to be in this blog.  Not only is it one car that is certainly luxurious, but it is a car that seriously … seriously needs to be paid attention to! 

If you are not familiar with the Volvo brand, you probably have no idea why the 2010 Volvo C70 is so exciting … Volvo is a soccer-mom type of brand and this is certainly not a soccer-mom type of car.

This car features all sorts of new things including swept-back headlights, a hard top and it is no longer boxy.  The 2010 Volvo C70 is a brand new class for the Volvo brand and I personally think that this particular is going places … and bring Volvo with them!

During the LA Auto Show last year, Ford gave its line of midsize sedans an upgrade through the 2010 Lincoln MKZ. The new MKZ was treated with a better interior, a facelift, and bunch of standard fetures like what was done with the Mercury Milan and the Ford Fusion.

Ford wants to further boost the image of the MKZ and its owner by releasing the Executive Appearance modification package. The option further adds to the accessory choices to meet luxury comfort and function. The upgrade expands the choices of how owners can modify their Lincoln MKZ.

The luxury package include features like high quality door trims with stitching, arm rest insert that comes with the new center console, leather seats by Bridge of Weir, instrument panel highlighted with genuine swirl walnut timber, and floor mats customized with Lincoln’s embossed star logo.

Aside from the interior upgrades, the Executive Appearance deal comes with different choices for exterior colors. Buyers can choose from Sangria Red, Sterling Gray, Brilliant Silver, White Platinum, and Tuxedo Black.

When you are dealing with a supercar – the place that I usually think of is Britain.  British cars are something that is so beautifully done – it truly is a work of friggin’ art and the 2010 Noble M600 is no exception at all!  This beautiful car is actually one of the latest models and it is going to be one of the most powerful models on the market once it is built.  While pricing is going to be high (we’ll talk about that at the end of this post, stay tuned!) it is going to be well-worth it.

The engine in the 2010 Noble M600 is going to be a twin-turbo V8 that is going to produce 650 HP.  The high price tag … okay, it’s about 328k US is because this particular Noble is something that is bringing a lot to the table – for example, it is constructed of stainless steel tub, tube skeleton and chassis which is then clad in carbon fiber body panels for a very, very lightweight design.

The engine alone is something that is beautiful and it will get from 0 to 60 miles per hour in about 3 seconds flat!

Many of you may have seen the spy shots and estimations of the 2010 Devon GTX, but you do not have to sneak around any longer, because the car finally debuted right on Pebble Beach. It promises to be a super car to be reckoned with.

The GTX is designed — literally — to be the United States’ answer to all those high class, high luxury, uber exclusive European sports cars. All steel and carbon fiber, it is hiding a whopping 8.4 liter V8 engine with 650 hp and a six speed manual gearbox.

The GTX is set to go on sale early in 2010. The car, a coupe, will be available in a standard version as well as a track focused model. Each version will feature independent suspension and a whole host of other impressive features.

You will have to make your decision to buy fast, though, because Devon intends to produce only thirty six cars every year, with a starting price of half a million dollars.

If there is one thing that I love about cars – it is the ones that live up to their name.  That is exactly what the 2010 Shelby GT500 has done in its recent test drive around the track.  This beautiful and incredible car is not only carrying around about 540 HP behind it, but it can go from 0 to 100 in just about 12 seconds, which is absolutely incredible.  The 2010 Shelby GT500, while most people were skeptical about it, is going to be one race car that people can not only buy, but are going to be driving around for quite a long time.

The 2010 Shelby GT500 is the most – by far anticipated car that is coming out that I think that it is going to sell out before it even hits the stores!  While you might have to keep this incredible car in the garage when it is raining or snowing, I think that the 2010 Shelby GT500 is the perfect car for the summer!

So get out your wallets and fork them over because the 2010 Shelby GT500 is going to be the luxury and dream car that you want!
